The pool area was lovely and the location was nice, close to the piano bar across from reception, Playa de las Americas which has yellow sand imported from Africa and an endless promenade. Possibly the best and extra special stay for 5 nights. Brand-new and well furnished units with free soft drinks for the mini bar, king sized bed plus a decent sized balcony, and dedicated staff. Stunning and incredible location in a peaceful area close to a national park and a church. Nestled close to restaurants and bars. The a la carte restaurant for meals and lounge.

Came here for 3 nights with my family, everything was very good. The rooms were very good sized and well-equipped in general, with a view of a huge waste pipe. The hotel's location was quiet, really close to the restaurant 15 min, one of the pools under contruction/renovation, theatre and piano and the most relaxing.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family, had a very very good stay. Very good service, though a few employees were busy. The location seemed peaceful to a cocktail bar which had an excellent singer or a duet performing. Besides, Playa Del Duque was 2 km away from the property.
The breakfast itself was cold, can be way much better.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Had excellent stay for 2 nights. The room was new-fashioned and generous sized with a window that opened onto the sea. The location was sheltered, stunning right near a nice beach too. Moreover, it was close to friends on the 8th of September, Tenerife as a group of six and Playa de las Americas which has yellow sand imported from Africa.

Everything is fab here, had an excellent stay of our holiday. The double room is new-fashioned and generous sized. The staff is amazingly nice and accommodating and the continental breakfast is inclusive. It has stunning sheltered location very close to the ocean. The place to have dinner around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel is Spice Garden la Caleta.

Sincerely, it was a really comfortable stay on all inclusive holidays. The hotel was in a sheltered setting to take a 40-minutes walk or take a cab. Besides, it was so close to the sea front and promenade, lovely restaurants along the coastal footpath and well-maintained gardens. The breakfast in the a la carte restaurant for lunch was tasty.
